The Reel Review
Constructed as a modern day twenty-somethings’ answer to The Big Chill, this painfully self-absorbed film is about a group of college friends who reunite for a weekend reunion following the failed suicide attempt by one of them. The film lacks a compelling story or the character development needed to make viewers give a damn about any of them and unfortunately it doesn’t magically become a horror flick in the second half, because seeing a deranged monster kill off these pretentious, self-absorbed characters would have been an entertaining good time.
